Das Essperiment in Delbruck

After the 4th visit and the first experience with the 8-course menu, I can only say: still amazing! Finesse and variation in an exciting and exciting way, portion sizes and arrangement of the courses just right and an attentive, warm and absolutely personable service who was neither intrusive nor inattentive. The time interval between courses made dinner the experience that was promised. The focus is on enjoying the different compositions. Rounded off by an equally cordial cook who obviously more than lives up to his calling. Delicious.

Surprise visit for my birthday and very, very pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is not "cheap" but quality has a price and it is well invested here. Danger. The map on the Internet is not always up to date, but that is actually not important. Just trust the cook. We were not disappointed.

We had a very nice evening in the eating experiment. Starting with the extremely friendly and attentive service to the very balanced menu that was served to us. Only fresh products that are creatively and tastefully processed. This is cooking on a very high level. The risotto itself was so good that most of Paderborn's "Italians" should be ashamed when they bring their "risotto" to the table. The evening was rounded off by the host's qualities, which are celebrated in the eating experiment. That is a feel-good atmosphere ... Our first and definitely not the last time in this great restaurant and its warm hosts. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Unfortunately, I can "only" give 5 stars here, because everything we were offered was just great! Starting with the excellent service, the selection of home-made breads, the greetings from the kitchen and of course every single meal of the 8-course menu, which represent optical works of art down to the smallest detail and taste at the highest level. Unfortunately the evening was over much too quickly, but we'll be back, luckily the next date has already been fixed.

And there is still ... the passion for gastronomy. We were in the ESS experiment for the first time and were welcomed like regular customers. The food from the bread selection in advance to the small delicacies with the espresso was simply excellent. Although the restaurant was apparently full, you always had the feeling that you were being looked after. The boss himself took the time to have a little chat after dinner. We will definitely come back and hope to see the smile of the workers soon without a mask.

Strongly started and greatly eased in the further course of the evening. Food was from well to ok, but no revelation and its money really not worth it! I rarely got something served in the bowl, which does not have much room for beautiful Anichten, still nice to eat out of it is. The ambience was very nice and the service also, but exceptional is the location. WHAT A SHAME!
